Peanut Butter Protein Dip
Protein doesn't have to be complicated — and this dip is proof. In just five minutes, you can whip up a creamy, satisfying snack that pairs the slow-releasing energy of peanut butter with a generous hit of plant or whey protein. Peanut butter is rich in healthy monounsaturated fats that support heart health and keep you full between meals, while the protein powder helps stabilize blood sugar and supports muscle recovery. Pair it with a crisp apple for natural sweetness, a satisfying crunch, and a powerful dose of gut-loving, blood-sugar-balancing fiber.
Ingredients
25g vegan or whey protein powder - shop all our clean protein picks here
Optional 5oz Greek or coconut Yogurt (you can also make this with a greek or coconut yogurt for extra protein and a creamier texture)
Splash of Water (added very slowly gradually to desired consistency/thickness)
1 organic apple, sliced (always wash your produce to reduce glyphosate/pescide exposure - recommended nontoxic veggie washes)
Directions
Combine the peanut butter powder and protein powder in a small bowl.
Add water slowly, a little at a time, mixing frequently until your desired dip consistency is achieved. (Some people like it more fluid — I prefer mine thick and fluffy, almost mousse-like.)
Wash and slice your apple or fruit of your choice, or use as a spread of toast or drizzle on top of greek yogurt or fruit bowl.
Dip, enjoy, and feel nourished.
