Preliminary In-Home Assessment
Once you’ve completed the intake questionnaire, I’ll complete a comprehensive in-home audit of your kitchen, fridge and pantry space.

Design & Review
I generate a scorecard and create your personalized plan — products, swaps, & systems tailored to your budget, lifestyle, and health goals. You approve the budget and then I get to work.

Clean, Shop & Stock
I take care of everything. I’ll order, organize, and optimize your space — turning your kitchen into a sanctuary of calm, clarity, and cleaner, non-toxic living.

Sustain & Support
You’ll be provided a complete personalized program to continue restocking your space and keeping up the systems. I’ll check in with product recommendations and ongoing concierge support is available to keep your new, clean kitchen running effortlessly.

  • The Kitchen Edit is a high-touch, concierge service with limited spots. Here’s how it works:

    • Submit this 5 min questionnaire.

    • I’ll invite you to a 15-minute connection call to learn more about your goals, confirm your interest in the service and discuss pricing.

    • Post-call, you’ll receive a booking and payment link to schedule the 1st in-home assessment session.

  • My method is quite unique in that it combines holistic health coaching with luxury organization and environmental detox.

    I don’t just hand you a meal plan or organize your stuff.

    I do a full analysis of your products, systems and rituals. Then I purchase carefully curated clean products on your behalf that align with your budget, lifestyle unique health and wellness goals. I generate a full report & design you an action plan that’s easy to follow.

    I also handle all the install & stock of the new products to make healthier habits feel absolutely effortless.

  • Since this is a concierge service, I manage every client uniquely based on their unique lifestyle and goals. But generally here’s what you can expect:

    • Onboarding: Complete the questionnaire, pay the deposit & schedule the first in-home session

    • Assessment- 1st In-Home Session: We’ll spend 15-20 minutes together walking and talking through your space, habits & preferences. Then I’ll spend time take measurements, photos and notes.

    • Approve Budget: I provide a detailed itemized budget of materials & grocery swaps for you to approve.

    • Order Materials: I source, order and receive everything on your behalf.

    • Install- 2nd In-Home Session: Once all materials arrive, I’ll reach out to schedule the install session where I clean, shop and stock everything. You don’t need to be present for this.

    • 1 on 1 Review Session: Can either be directly following the install if you are home, or by zoom. We’ll talk through your report & the new systems together.

    • Final Deliverables: You’ll receive the scorecard, report and a curated Instacart shopping list. I’ll send you a final invoice for the remaining service fee, groceries and materials.

  • Not necessarily. It depends on your unique lifestyle and wellness goals.

    I prioritize product swaps that deliver the biggest impact first. After the 1st In-Home Assessment, you’ll be provided a full scorecard to better understand your toxic load & opportunities.

    During the Install session, I make a “ditch” pile which upon your approval will be donated to local food banks when possible.

    If there are certain items you insist on keeping, that is up to you. Ultimately it’s your kitchen & body. It’s about progress, not perfection.

    I believe wellness exists on a spectrum and will never force my clients to eat or subscribe to something they don’t feel comfortable with.

  • Yes. Once you’re established as a client, we can discuss on-going concierge services on a recurring-retainer basis based on your unique goals and lifestyle needs.

  • Totally normal. What I recommend is slowly introducing new cleaner, minimally processed options over time that have similar flavor profiles to what they are used to. I can take any dietary preferences/restrictions into account.

    But, the beauty & magic of my method is reducing visibility & accessibility to unhealthy & processed foods. This approach naturally inspires healthier eatings habits for the whole family.

    We will work together to find solutions that accomplishes your goals and leaves the family feeling satisfied & not deprived. That is always the goal.

  • The full experience—including 2 in-home sessions, scorecard & personalized action plan, a curated snack & prep sheet, 1 curated Instacart shopping list to the store of your choice and a 1-on-1 training session for you or support staff — special introductory pricing for January starts at - $2,000.

    Please Note: This does not include the cost of food or materials, or additional spaces. These expenses are billed separately and invoiced at completion of project due on receipt. I work within your budget.
