The Kitchen Edit
With a hectic travel & social schedule as a successful, full-time content creator, Newman was struggling to keep up with healthy routines, falling into bad snacking habits and relying on caffeine to get through the day. After moving into a new place and starting with a new personal trainer to reach his fitness goals, he was motivated to get his kitchen and nutrition in the right place.

Priority #1 was replacing the diet coke with something cleaner, optimizing the small spaces and suggesting powerful product swaps to help sustain energy and mood. We also did some simple meal prep focusing on high-protein, nutrient rich grab & go options like hard-boiled eggs, overnight oats and fresh fruit with dip.
After The Kitchen Edit
I first started by removing the diet cokes and ultra-processed foods that were full of preservatives, natural flavors and additives. Since this was a new home, we stocked the pantry with nutrient-dense, versatile staples like buckwheat flour, oats, seeds & protein powders. Decanting fruits & veggies are a great way to inspire healthier snacking habits without all the fuss, while providing a variety of tasty, cleaner beverages options was the first step to reducing dependency on diet coke.
I curated a variety of high-protein snack and simple meals that take less than 20 minutes to make to support his nutrition goals and desire to cook more at home.
