Brain Boosting ‘Shroom Cacao
Equipment
- 1 Tea Kettle
- 1 Milk Frother
- 1 mup glass (if iced)
Ingredients
- 6 oz Whole Organic Milk (or alternative milk your choice)
- 2 oz filtered warm water (not boiling)
- 2 Tbsp raw organic cacao powder
- 1 scoop colostrum powder recommended serving
- 1 tsp FourSigmatic Protect Blend Mushroom Powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger powder to taste
- sea salt to taste
Optional: Protein Boost
- 10 grams Protein Powder optional – chocolate or vanilla depending on taste preference
- 2 drops organic raw stevia, natural honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- In a coffee mug, add your warm (not boiling water) water. Add the raw cacao, colostrum, mushroom powder, ginger and cinnamon and optional protein powder. Blend well using a milk frother until all combined.
- In a separate mug, heat up your milk and froth using a frother or steamer. Once to desired temperature, add milk to the cacao mixture.
- Bend once more. sweeten to taste and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and pinch of sea salt. (trust me- the sea salt MAKES it.) Sip and Enjoy.
- This drink can also be made poured over ice. I recommend blending all the ingredients in the cold milk first, adding ice and adding water to desired consistency.
